Our Owners & Psychologists

Dr. Scott Secor
Dr. Scott Secor earned his Ph.D. from the University of Oklahoma after many years working as a Licensed Professional Counselor and directing a graduate counseling program, where he trained the next generation of mental health professionals. His extensive background in both clinical practice and counselor development has shaped his reputation as one of Oklahoma’s most trusted and skilled evaluators. Dr. Secor is widely recognized for his in-depth, highly informative psychological assessments and is often the go-to referral for therapists seeking a clearer, more comprehensive understanding of their clients. He is one of the few psychologists in Oklahoma trained in and actively using the evidence-based R-PAS system, and he is regarded as an expert in personality assessment.
Despite his expertise in these areas, Dr. Secor is not limited in his scope; he evaluates clients of all ages and presenting concerns. His approach goes beyond identifying symptoms as he uses the assessment process as a meaningful launch point to help clients understand themselves more fully and connect with the right next steps in their care. Thoughtful, thorough, and deeply committed to each person’s wellbeing, Dr. Secor brings both expertise and warmth to every evaluation he conducts.

Dr. Camryn Lopez
Dr. Lopez is a McAlester, Oklahoma native who graduated with high honors from Oklahoma City University’s doctoral program in Clinical Psychology. Although she holds a particular passion for the assessment of autism, Dr. Lopez’s background has prepared her to assess individuals across the lifespan for a wide range of presenting concerns. She is proud to utilize these skills as the only psychologist providing in-office assessments in her hometown of McAlester. She utilizes in-depth batteries to help clients gain an understanding of their cognitive, psychological, and personality functioning. With reports over 20 pages long, clients can expect to walk away with a better understanding of their mind along with personalized recommendations and practical next steps.
At the core of Dr. Lopez’s work is the belief that mental health care shouldn’t feel intimidating and should be accessible to all. She strives to make the evaluation process relaxed, engaging, and informative. She shared "Psychological testing isn’t only for issues of concern - it is an opportunity to better understand yourself, your strengths, and what drives you. My goal is to take the 'clinical' out of clinical psychology to create a space where you can explore who you are with curiousity, clarity, and confidence."
